Refund/Cancellation Policy​

Above all, Celestial Circle wants our customers to be satisfied with our services. It is the responsibility of the client if within the first 5 minutes you feel your session is not going to your satisfaction, that you ask to end the session and your payment will be refunded in full. No refund will be given after the 5 minute window.

Your session may also be terminated on behalf of Celestial Circle if we feel we cannot serve you in the way that supports both us and you. Your money will be refunded.

Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment with less than 4 hours notice will require you to pay for the missed session in full.

No shows will not be allowed to schedule appointments in the future but may take advantage of the walk-in service only.

Merchandise return policy is within 14 days of purchase as long as items are returned in the same condition as sold.  Books are non refundable.
