Chakras
A chakra is like a constant spinning wheel of energy that connects the subtle bodies with the life-force energy. They distribute the life force through the physical and subtle bodies and are the source of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy.
Traditionally, there are seven major chakras associated with the physical body.
When our chakras are blocked, stuck, or not spinning properly, this leads to physical, emotional, mental or spiritual dis-ease.  When unblocked and free-flowing, we enjoy optimum health and vitality.
Blockages or imbalances can occur from trauma, negative experiences, negative belief systems, or simply from life’s daily ups and downs like stress. When this negative energy isn’t released from the body, the build up can cause a blockage or lack of energy flowing through your body.
